We usually allow 1-night stays for both the guest unit and the entire house during weeknights (Mon–Thurs), except during holidays and high season.

If no results appear when searching, it most likely means we’re already booked. We recommend extending your search dates. You can also view each listing’s calendar directly via its dedicated page.

IS THERE A BOND?
For the guest unit, a $250 security bond is held as a pre-authorisation on your credit card. For the entire house, the security bond is $500.
This hold is processed at check-in and automatically released within 48 hours of check-out, provided the property is left respectfully and in the condition it was found. We’ve poured a great deal of care and attention into our home, and we simply ask that it’s treated with the same care in return.
