ABOUT YOUR STAY

• WHAT TIME CAN I CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?

  
  Check-in is from 4pm. Check-out is by 10am.
  
  Self check-in details will be sent to you prior to arrival, so you can settle in at your own pace.
  
  For entire property bookings, a late check-out of 4pm is included—giving you the full day to slow down, linger a little longer, and make the most of your time with us.
  
  

• CAN I CHECK-IN EARLY, OR CHECK-OUT LATE?

  
  We may be able to offer early check-in or late check-out, depending on availability and our housekeeping schedule.
  
  If we have guests arriving the same day, we’ll need the full turnover window to prepare the space with care for our next guests.
  
  

• WHAT IS THERE TO DO AT THE SURF NEST?

  
  Many guests come simply to settle in and embrace the quiet rhythm of the farm.
  But if you're inclined to explore, South Gippsland offers a landscape rich with beauty, character, and small discoveries.
  
  After booking, you’ll receive access to our curated digital guidebook—featuring thoughtful recommendations, local favourites, and considered ways to experience the region at your own pace.
  
  

• IS THE SURF NEST SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN AND INFANTS?

  
  Children and infants are welcome at the Surf Nest, though we do ask that they are closely supervised throughout your stay.
  
  Guests will need to bring their own cot and high chair if required.
  
  

• ARE PETS ALLOWED?

  
  As much as we appreciate the companionship of animals, the Surf Nest isn’t suited to accommodate pets. Thank you for your understanding.
  
  

• DO YOU PROVIDE BEDLINEN AND TOWELS?
  

  
  Each space is appointed with INBED linen and KOBN towels—thoughtfully selected for their quality, softness, and enduring comfort.
  
  

• WHAT AMENITIES ARE SUPPLIED?
  

  
  We’ve partnered with Sans [ceuticals] to provide hand and body wash, as well as shampoo and conditioner—gentle, considered essentials for your stay.
  
  

• IS THERE A HAIRDRYER?
  

  
  A hairdryer is provided in each of the spaces for your convenience.
  
  

• CAN I CHARGE MY ELECTRIC CAR?
  

  
  EV charging is available on-site via a standard 240v outlet using your own cable.
  
  A flat fee of $50 applies per stay. Alternatively, a public charging station is available in town should you prefer.
