• 4.1 OCCUPANCY LIMITS

  
  Your stay is for the number of guests listed in your booking.
  
  Additional guests, tents, or mobile accommodations (e.g., campervans) are not permitted.
  
  Noise should be kept to a respectful level to preserve the tranquility of our property.
  
  

• 4.2 CHILDREN

  
  Children are welcome at the Surf Nest. We simply ask that they be supervised at all times and that care is taken with the space and furnishings.
  
  

• 4.3 VISITORS AND PARKING

  
  Visitors are welcome, but please advise us in writing in advance.
  
  Parking is limited to our driveway. Please ensure all vehicles are parked within this space and not on the road or neighbouring property.
