WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
– Cancellations made 60 days or more before check-in: full refund
– Cancellations made 30–60 days before check-in: 50% refund
– Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in: unfortunately, no refund can be offered
We recommend arranging travel insurance to protect against any unforeseen changes to your plans.

SOMETHINGS COME UP, CAN I MOVE MY BOOKING?
We’re able to move your booking if requested more than 30 days prior to check-in.
The new date must fall within 12 months of your original stay, and any difference in rates will apply at the time of rebooking.

WHAT IF I HAVE BOOKED THROUGH AIRBNB OR BOOKINGS.COM?
If your booking was made through Airbnb or Booking.com, any changes or cancellations will need to be managed directly through their platforms, in line with their terms and policies.
We’ll be notified of any updates once they’re confirmed.

I SEEM TO HAVE BEEN OVER CHARGED?
If you’ve booked a combination stay or exclusive use of the property, any additional amount showing is likely the bond.
This is a pre-authorisation hold only—it is not charged—and is automatically released within 24 hours of check-out.
